Premier D. Orlando Smith officially opened and declared Gun Creek the British Virgin Islands newest Port of Entry on March 18, 2012. The humble yet convenient Captain Owen G. Harrigan Visitor's Centre is home to Customs and Immigration for those visiting the North Sound.

The Visitor Center from The Water
If clearing in or out through any port, fly your yellow flag and be sure that you proceed to Customs & Immigration immediately after anchoring close to the port. Do not stop anywhere in between. You will need your ship's documents and passports and visas (if required) for all aboard. Only the captain need go ashore.
Gun Creek is a tiny enclave located at the very end of North Sound Road, in the southwest corner of Bakers Bay in North Sound.

Buck's grocery store is nearby and you'll find good company, good food and a warm welcome at Poncho's Bar just up the road from the visitor's centre.
The Visitor's Centre is also home base for Allington "Gumption" Creque who owns and operates
Sea It Clear, glass bottom boat tours.
