BVI Catamaran Holidays aboard the Catamaran designers are thinking outside the box these days. They are coming up with all sorts of amenities and design innovations to make your BVI sailing holiday that much more enjoyable. Robertson and Caine have taken a page out of Lagoon's book and have added a forward cockpit to their Leopard 44! The major difference between the Leopard 44 and Lagoon 44 is that this lovely yacht boasts direct access to the forward cockpit (with hardtop) from the main salon! Having a forward opening door will certainly improve interior ventilation and help keep cooling costs down while at anchor. They have also introduced a raised helm station with hardtop for much greater visibility. The traveler has been elevated to the coach roof, out of the way of little fingers. Very nice indeed! This 3 cabin catamaran offers a starboard side owner's suite complete with double berth, sofa, computer desk, 3 hanging lockers, loads of storage space and a large head with separate shower. The forward port side cabin with one double berth and a single berth in the forepeak is ideal for one couple and a child ... or three children. The small single berth is accessed through a crawl space forward of the double berth. Both the forward and aft port cabins enjoy their own private heads with shower and lots of storage space. All in all, this is a pretty impressive and comfortable yacht. I can guarantee the Leopard 44 will be a very busy boat .. so if this is the catamaran you are looking for, I suggest you book your sailing holiday at least 10 months to a year in advance to avoid disappointment.
