Lipari 41 Maestro | Catamaran - 2013
Name: Dawn Star
Her bright interior, stunning good looks, terrific layout and excellent sailing characteristics have combined to make this Fontaine Pajot's best selling catamaran!
Believe it or not, this particular cat, which is only 39'2" long, can sleep 3 couples plus two children or teens very comfortably! Surprisingly, all three cabins offer up queen sized berths, while the smaller forepeak berths are intended for children, teens or petite (and agile) adults. That's quite an accomplishment!
What is most amazing about this boat is that it manages to provide all that while dedicating the entire starboard hull (less the forepeak of course) to Mom & Dad. This is the ideal yacht for a wonderful, BVI sailing vacation for the whole family!
Mom and Dad will enjoy their own space with private head and roomy shower, while the others share a reasonably sized head, also with separate shower. Seems right and proper to me! :)
In the main salon, you'll discover a lovely settee surrounded by wrap around windows, yield excellent visibility and lots of natural light. Two opening hatches directly in front of the settee, provide the entire space with marvelous, flow through ventilation.
Your galley may be compact, but it has all the basics. She has an eye level oven, three burner stove, a double stainless steel sink and a fan for air circulation. On the other side of the sliding glass door, you'll find a large, piano fringe refrigerator and a separate freezer above.
The cockpit is a great place to congregate, play board games, read a book or just hang out and appreciate all the fabulous scenery the British Virgin Islands has to offer.
Up forward, the kids and adults alike will love the large trampoline. It's a perfect place to work on that tan! Nice wide decks make passage to the bow very easy.
When all is said and done, the Lipari 41 is one of my favourites! It just makes a lot of sense and it is very reasonably priced too!
Note: Sailing lessons (level 114) are available aboard this yacht. Candidates must already possess ASA level 104 bareboat certification.
