This is where one of the the very first charter companies in the BVI got it's start back in the 60's. In fact, the Pub pretty much served as their "office" for the first couple of years. That company is known as TMM.
The open air dining area overlooks the water with a great view of Road Harbour. Their menu is extensive and offers both West Indian and international cuisine. The food is fairly standard fare with burgers, pasta, curry, seafood, etc. I enjoyed my shepard's pie.
If looking for fast service and upscale food, you will more than likely be disappointed. This is a place to kick back, relax, enjoy the view, have a few drinks, grab a bite to eat, while away some time ... and just enjoy reasonable food at reasonable prices.
Princess has been serving at the Pub since before I arrived on Tortola. She always "appears" to be angry or grumpy, but she isn't, that's just her normal look. She also comes across at times as being gruff ... but again, she really isn't. Give her a smile and watch her face light up! Though I had not been to The Pub in several years, she greeted me as though I were a long lost friend. I even got a hug! She really is a sweetheart, you just have to give her a chance.
Note: Minimum of $20.00 purchase required to use a credit card. Service charge is included on your bill.
