Owner Patricia Rhymer is very proud of their track record and although the place is not new ... it is clean and tidy and they get some pretty nice reviews on Trip Advisor.
Rhymer's Hotel and restaurant have been a mainstay in Cane Garden Bay for more than 40 years. Longevity in the tourist trade generally means good food, good service and friendly people.
Drop by and sample some of their authentic West Indian food and a cold libation while enjoying the Caribbean breeze and a wonderful view. According to long time employee Lynette, (who is very pleasant by the way) ... the most popular dishes in the restaurant are their garlic shrimp, the grilled mahi mahi and she says their conch fritters sell like hot cakes!
There's plenty of room at the bar (it's huge) and every time I've been there, there's always been a few groups of bareboaters enjoying the atmosphere and having a great time.
