I have not yet had the opportunity to eat here and it's difficult to nail down what the house specialty might be. The menus provided seem to include a mix of Caribbean, North American and Asian dishes.
Wednesday night is Surf & Turf, Thursday is seafood night, Friday is lobster night, Saturday night is their "Pirate's Pig Roast" while Sunday offers up Asian Night, complete with Sushi, spring rolls, miso soup, lobster rolls, Mandarin chicken ... the whole nine yards! They also offer a Sunday Brunch with a very interesting menu.

I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon (about 3:00 pm) when there was almost nobody around, so I wasn't able to get a look at any of their dishes. But the place looks quite nice, clean and the restaurant has a terrific view. I imagine they have great sunsets here. The bar is well stocked and it looked like the folks playing beach volleyball right beside the restaurant were having a blast!
