Sailing the Virgin Islands
aboard the Beneteau Oceanis 43
This sailboat presents a lovely, sleek profile on the water, yet her low profile doesn't take away from the light and spacious feeling below decks. The use of opening portlights combined with well placed deck hatches and a skylight above the main salon provides plenty of ambient light throughout.
The in-line galley offers a double sink, stove with oven and an under counter refrigerator-freezer. You'll have plenty of space to cook those gourmet meals you've been planning!
There is more than meets the eye on the Oceanis 43! The traditional, space gobbling navigation station has been thrown overboard in favour of a multi-functional navigation table which doubles as a computer desk, end table, or meal prep area.
All three cabins are quite spacious for a yacht this size and there are 2 good sized heads as well. The aft head has a separate shower stall and the added bonus of a privacy door into the starboard aft cabin.
Topsides, this beautiful 43' yacht provides easy access to the water or your dinghy via the walk through transom. Twin helm stations and a comfortable, fully covered cockpit cap off this thoroughly pleasant and well executed design!
