The Trader 485 trawler, was designed for cruising comfort ... and she delivers! She is a marvelously well appointed power boat which affords two very generous double cabins forward and aft, a smaller double cabin forward and starboard as well as a fourth cabin with 2, single bunk berths on the starboard aft quarter.
The rich teak joinery and use of high quality equipment and fittings throughout is the hallmark of the Trader Yachts. Unlike other bareboats of similar size and design, the galley has been incorporated into the main saloon so the cook isn't relegated to the bowels of the trawler and excluded from the fun.
"Amigo" and her sistership "Emerald Trader" have air conditioning throughout. Her generous main saloon provides a wonderful escape from the Caribbean sun with an indoor helm station to port and sliding door access to the deck.
The Trader yachts present imposing figures on the water! The spacious sundeck with hard top provides the ideal setting for dining al fresco, entertaining or lounging. The built in, semicircular stairway affords easy access to the water or dinghy.
Scuba diving from the Trader 485 trawler isn't a problem as the staircase is easy to navigate even when carrying tanks. The lazarette on the sundeck provides convenient storage for your snorkel & scuba gear.
For Caribbean motor yacht charters, it doesn't get much better than the Trader 485. Come to Tortola and cruise the British Virgin Islands!

Special Discount for
BVI Motor Yacht Charters!
Cruise 10 days for the price of 7 from August 1st to October 31st for all power boat charters through TMM. No other discounts apply.
Repeat guests will receive a 10% discount on motor boat charters other than 10 days for 7.
Tortola trawler vacations spanning two seasons, will be cost adjusted to reflect rate differences.
Minimum charter duration is 5 nights. To calculate a daily cost, divide the weekly rate by 7 and multiply by the number of nights you wish to charter.
BVI cruising tax, NPT permit, insurance, V.I.S.A.R. donation and optional items such as provisioning or water toys are not included in Tortola bareboat charter rates. |
