There are no direct flights to the British Virgin Islands. All guests arriving on international flights usually fly to one of the major hubs such as Puerto Rico, Antigua, St. Maarten or St. Thomas and take an island hopper to the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport at Beef Island (EIS). There is ferry service to Tortola and Virgin Gorda from St. Thomas but not from any country other than the USVI.

Airlines servicing Beef Island airport from major Caribbean hubs are: American Eagle, LIAT, Air Sunshine, Claire Aero as well as a couple of private charter airlines.
