There's plenty of room in the galley for two cooks to share the work. There is a great prep counter with sink facing the aft cockpit, while the oven, stove and refrigerator have their own separate area. When you're done with your meal, just pass the dinnerware through the sliding glass pass through. The pass through is a wonderful feature which all aboard will enjoy. All in all, this is one of the "airiest" galleys around!
Should you choose to dine indoors, the dinette in the main saloon will seat 8 comfortably. Serving meals has never been easier. There is a large counter space beside the oven and stove and above the refrigerator. As soon as those meals are served, just slide it down the counter to the dinette! While preparing meals, just throw open the pass through so the cook can be part of the fun in the cockpit.
Your navigation station with integrated chart table is adjacent to the dinette.
For the catamarans with air conditioning, just close the deck hatch and porthole in each cabin and enjoy. If you prefer to let the the Caribbean breezes do the cooling for you, set up an air scoop (supplied) over the deck hatch.
If you'd like to escape the Caribbean sun, the main saloon is a very comfortable place to relax, enjoy the air conditioning and perhaps a card game or two! But if you are chartering the catamaran named "Varekai", the sun screen will help deflect much of the sun.
