"Meka of Tortola" is an exceptionally well designed catamaran which is almost too nice for charter service! Her interior is beautifully appointed with lovely (washable) faux suede on the ceilings and walls, and a light maple wood trim throughout.

Below decks, all four cabins with double berths have en suite (electric) heads with separate shower, providing complete privacy and comfort for four couples. There is also a single crew cabin in the forward starboard bow with the crew head and shower in the forward port bow. Both are accessed from a deck hatch in the bow.

The u-shaped galley is very well designed with a 4 burner, countertop stove and oven below. A large microwave is situated kitty corner to the stove with a double sink and a "rinse and dry" sink with countertop insert, turning the drying sink into additional storage. The countertops are made of lovely Corian "type" material which truly compliments her other stunning finishes.

The main saloon opens to the aft cockpit with two dining tables and a pass through from the galley. Two opening hatches in the hard top bimini allow you to let air circulate more efficiently ... or close them if it rains. There are also drop down sun screens surrounding the cockpit should the Caribbean sun become too much for you!

There are several nice little touches (added by the owner) which I thought were quite clever ... including a fishing rod locker on the aft side of the separating wall between the cockpit and the aft deck as well as a locker for masks, fins and snorkels. In addition, Meka boasts a large refrigerator unit in the main saloon, a freezer in the companionway on the starboard side of the yacht and an additional chest refrigerator in the cockpit!

Repeat guests receive a 10% discount on any charters other than 10 days for the price of 7.

If your BVI catamaran charter spans two seasons, costs will be adjusted to reflect the rate differences. Rates shown are for weekly bareboat charters. Prices for crewed and captain only yacht charters are available upon request.

Minimum charter duration is 5 nights. To calculate the daily costs, divide the weekly rate by 7 and multiply the number of nights you wish to charter.

British Virgin Islands cruising tax, NPT permit, yacht insurance, V.I.S.A.R. donation, provisioning & water toys are not included.
